Refund policy

 

We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase, however in the unlikely event that the order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at info@petpoufs.com as soon as possible after delivery with your description of the issue and images. All returns must be approved and any item that is not in new, unused, and unwashed condition cannot be credited or replaced. Return requests must be made within one week of your order's delivery and the cost of shipping back to California is the buyer's responsibility. Upon verifying that the item is damaged or defective, we will either provide you with a full or partial refund or replace the item.  As a small business, our intention and hope is to make our customers and their pets as happy as we can. To that end, the imagery depicting our pet poufs is as accurate in its coloration and textile designs and details as possible.  There is no obligation to accept returns of items ordered in error.

Please note: our pet poufs are not guaranteed against fading or shrinkage through cleaning, steaming, and exposure to the sun or effects of wear.
